As a County Councilwoman Liv has worked tirelessly for the people of Allegheny County. She was involved in the process of opening the Northview Heights Public Safety Center in her neighborhood. Liv has a BS in Business Managment from Carlow University and a MS in Public Policy & Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Throughout her tenure on council, she has worked across the aisle to pass legislation on vital issues:
